• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues), customers will be notified promptly.

3. Delivery Process:

• Once your order is placed, our team will confirm it via phone or email.
• After dispatch, you will receive tracking details (if available) to monitor your delivery status.
• For bulk orders or vendor-specific orders, delivery timelines will be shared after order confirmation.

4. Delivery Charges:

• Delivery charges vary based on the location and size of the order. These charges will be displayed at checkout or shared during order confirmation for phone and in-person orders.
• For in-person pick-ups from our office, no delivery charges apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

• At the time of delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available, our delivery partner may reschedule the delivery.

7. Undeliverable Orders:
